Another NHS Health Monitor app to be built
St George's University Hospitals NHS Trust has engaged Incentivated to create a mobile app for use by women at risk from pre-eclampsia. This app will record blood pressure and urine test results for women during pregnancy and help their midwife monitor changes.

Scottish Government Find my Nearest & SMS service
Scottish Government has engaged Incentivated to help women find their nearest breast screening centre. A shortcode and keyword call to action, provided by us (text SCREEN and your postcode to 61611), is being included on radio advertising, and leaflets, and online. Those who text in and include their postcode, will receive a reply message, with the telephone number of the nearest screening centre that they should call to make an appointment for a regular breast screening if they have missed one in the last three years.

Camden Council uses SMS & 'text-to-landline' to contact their resident vehicle owners
Incentivated is thrilled to continue its work with Camden Council. The council's parking services now use our platform to alert Camden residents of parking suspensions in their area & vehicle removals. For those without a mobile phone number, Camden can now send voice messages to landline numbers with Incentivated's 'iris' software. The ability to send large volumes of mobile & landline messages instantly has generated a significant time saving for Camden. Furthermore the features in 'iris', such as the facility to merge specific vehicle registrations in to messages have also improved response rates.

150 years of John Lewis
John Lewis is hosting a series events to celebrate their 150th anniversary, and Incentivated is pleased to be providing our platform to support the JL website; customers can request tickets online, receive confirmation by email and text reminders before the events themselves. Our platform manages ticket allocation on both ballot and first-come-first-serve bases, depending upon the type of event (from intimate dinners cooked by famous chefs to tickets for screenings of the World Cup final - all on the roof-garden of the flagship store in London). This implementation of our CRM platform follows a long line of work by Incentivated for John Lewis Partnership, including CRM messaging alerts, ecommerce coupons & vouchers and text & win campaigns.

Wessex Water mobile customer service
Incentivated is thrilled to announce the success of our SMS self service and survey platform, allowing Wessex Water customers to report queries via SMS and complete a feedback survey. A spokesperson for Wessex Water states “This service provides us with a direct way to receive customer requests, communicate the latest updates instantly and capture customer feedback to improve our training practices. We have reduced call centre times and deal with complaints in a more timely and efficient way”. 25% of people making contact have gone on to complete an SMS survey so far.

Lost leads no more with the 'Mitsubishi Motors in the UK' tablet sales app
We are continuing our work with Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, refining their sales app before the season starts again. During 2012 and 2013, Incentivated developed a tablet app for use by dealers to acquire leads at numerous events during the spring and summer, solving the problem of lost paper forms. As well as storing leads securely until a WiFi signal becomes available again the app acts as an interactive brochure. Further feedback from dealers was received over the winter period allowing the product to be refined again.

Waitrose.com uses SMS to distribute offer coupons for acquisition campaign
Working with Incentivated, Waitrose has strategically deployed an SMS call-to-action encouraging potential shoppers to request mobile coupons in order to save ‘£75 off your first five online grocery shops'. The text instruction is initially appearing on commuter trains and all texts are free to the end-user. Using the messaging inbox as a wallet ensures that everyone can receive all 5 ‘money-off' coupon codes on their mobile.

Sidaction uses SMS as part of their campaign to fight AIDS

Just Eat trial campaign
Incentivated has been working with Just Eat to see how mobile might help improve its customer service. Text broadcasts were sent on Monday afternoon to customers whose orders had been unsuccessful the previous weekend, apologising and offering them a £5 discount voucher. The test results achieved a positive reorder rate and SMS vouchers delivered a higher performance than some other channels.

Sun Life Direct renews SMS service providing call to action shortcodes on TV advertising
Incentivated is pleased to announce the renewal of a contract to provide SMS customer service for Sun Life Direct. Sun Life Direct's television advertising features keywords and a short code which customers can use to text in and request a call-back. A member of Sun Life Direct's customer service team can then call the customer at a later time, providing more detailed information on insurance plans. Auto Call-back

Fully mCommerce enabled, the site will enable customers to browse the entire online catalogue on their phone (or tablet) as well as to create and place new orders, and arrange payment through the site. Wessex Water
Wessex Water is using our platform 'iris' to improve its customer service. When customers raise an operational issue such as a burst pipe or blocked drain, incident updates can now be sent via SMS instead of a telephone call, allowing Wessex Water to provide quicker, more efficient feedback. Wessex Water tell us that they can now handle an entire weekend's worth of updates through one person in just a few hours (something that used to take an entire day for several call centre staff).

The International Day for Street Children (launched by the Consortium of Street Children in 2011) is celebrated every year on April 12th. 2013 sees the launch of a petition to 'demand a day' and call for UN recognition. British Red Cross - Syria appeal for SMS donations
The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is working in Syria to help millions of people left homeless or forced to flee the country due to violence and destruction. The British Red Cross sent an SMS appeal last weekend asking for a simple £5 text donation. The appeal generated (and continues to generate) a fantastic response, and helped prove the immediacy of SMS with 71% of donations being received within 3 hours of the first SMS being sent. Royal Mail's MarketReach renews contract
Royal Mail service, MarketReach, has renewed its partnership with Incentivated to offer business customers the option to add a range of mobile-optimised ‘calls to action' (SMS and QR) to any piece of direct mail. Gatwick stays alert during the snow
The recent snow and accompanying travel disruption, interested us to see how mobile marketing can plays its part for affected companies updating their customers. British Airways flight cancellations triggered automatic SMS text alert messages to opted-in passengers. Tesco promotes ‘Text to Join Clubcard' on till receipts
From mid-January, Tesco Clubcard is promoting the text-in service to join, or download the app for Clubcard on till receipts across its entire estate of over 2,300 branded stores. Read the Tesco blog article for more. In addition, Incentivated has been appointed by Tesco to create an iPad app that allows customers to register in-store to join the clubcard scheme. Developed as a marketing trial, the app will initially only be accessible on a few iPads within a selected number of Tesco stores.

Just Eat to send promotional text messages.
Just Eat is an online takeaway food delivery service, headquartered in the UK and operating in 13 countries around the globe. Their site allows customers to search for their favourite local takeaway restaurants and place orders online, choose from pick-up or delivery options. Just Eat will be sending out promotional SMS through Incentivated's messaging platform. Just Eat has over 13,000 restaurants in the UK and they are intermediary in the delivery of around 100,000 meals a day.

NSPCC renews contract.

Waitrose Deliver renews Customer Service messaging.
We are delighted that Waitrose Deliver has chosen to renew it's contract with Incentivated to provide a messaging delivery platform. Waitrose have been successfully sending out SMS alerts to some of their customers this year: giving customers updates and helping reduce speculative waiting time for customers who are due to receive deliveries from online purchases. Sending SMS updates has helped Waitrose better manage the tasks of customer service teams, rather than having to individually call every customer. Going forward, Waitrose will now also be using our iris platform to also send co-ordinated SMS and emails to communicate delivery updates.

Royal Air Force renews Text Trainer mobile service.
The Royal Air Force has renewed its contract to deliver its innovative Text Trainer SMS service, providing recruits with an exercise programme, tips and encouragement to their mobiles. Recruits sign up for the programme online, select their training level (e.g. Officer), and time to receive SMS. The service is part of a wider push from the RAF to provide support for its applicants and improve the likelihood of passing the pre-joining fitness test. Used by approximately 2,000 recruits this year, the most common day for starting training is a Monday!

Overcoming one of the inherent weaknesses of native apps (their 'build once and dispose' nature), Incentivated is delighted to announce the launch of a service that (without changing the fundamental purpose of the app) allows content and GUI amends to be made over the air (i.e. without needing to re-build and submit the app to an app-store for approvals), allowing apps to make seasonal changes to look and feel, for example, as a way of helping reduce app churn for clients. Wi-Fly: new Gatwick Airport mobile site takes off…
Incentivated is pleased to announce the launch of a mobile-optimised website for Gatwick Airport. The mobile website (m.gatwickairport.com), which is cookie law compliant, provides users with a real time flight information source while they're on the go. As well as live flight information, the site includes key airport information, links to parking facilities and allows the user to ‘pin' their flight to the home page. An M & S Summer to remember
In order to advertise a recent nationwide in-store event to celebrate the launch of new summer collections, M & S requested a simple mobilised site giving details of stores and event times. A very detailed desktop web page existed, but there was too much information to work well on smaller screens. Incentivated produced a cut-down version of the site optimised for quick page load times and easy viewing. In addition, an SMS was sent out to selected customers containing a link to it.

Marketing Week Live mobile site attracts thousands of visitors

With the disruption to the worldwide air industry this month, caused by the volcanic eruptions in Iceland, BA were able to provide timely flight re-scheduling information to those customers who had registered for text alerts (available to all BA customers). Nissan launches multi-language mobile service at Geneva Motor Show
Nissan Europe will be running a mobile service through Incentivated at this year's Geneva Motor Show, which starts on 4th March. Signs in and on the cars prompt visitors to text a model specific keyword followed by their email address. The service uses both a Swiss shortcode and an international longcode. Respondents will receive an email in their own language, based on mobile number country code, about their car of interest.

Marie Curie Cancer Care is using mobile for its Great Daffodil Appeal, launching on 1st March. National press ads will ask readers to text CARE, DONATE or NURSE to 66066. BA launches global SMS flight information service
Incentivated is launching an SMS flight information service for British Airways to give passengers, and those dropping them off and picking up from airports, the latest flight information on their mobile phones. Users text D for Departures or A for Arrivals followed by a space, the date of the flight (DDMMYY or MMDDYY for the US) and the British Airways flight number (BAXXXX) to 60747 in the UK, or 70615 in the US. British and American passengers can also use the service whilst roaming in other countries. BA plans to extend the service to other nationalities.
